Quality Management
Our Quality Management System
We are certified under international quality management system standards and we were one of the first in the industry to introduce a clean room environment. With an advanced quality control system in terms of equipment and processes, we can meet stringent demands for quality control in a clean environment.
Certified under Quality Management System Standards
Certified under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 international quality management system standards, we can use a quality management system suitable for the customer’s industry—automotive, medical devices, and more.
Highly Clean Environment
We meet stringent demands for quality control by maintaining a clean environment in our factories. Upon request, we can clean, inspect, and package your products in this clean environment before shipment to prevent contamination (by oil or other foreign matter).
Quality Information Network System
In the manufacturing process, our quality information network system with trend control capabilities monitors products for the required quality characteristics. The system alerts the operator when a product is at risk of failing to meet the control criteria, which helps prevent defects.
Barcode-Based Reliable Process Control
We use barcodes to check various process control items—for example: when managing inventory using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method and checking that the correct materials are used and every process has been performed. This ensures accurate traceability and reliable process control.
Monitoring System for Environmentally Hazardous Substances
We are certified under ISO 14001 environmental management system standards. We ensure strict quality monitoring by constantly inspecting products for environmentally hazardous substances restricted by the RoHS and ELV directives by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
Commitment to Improving the Accuracy of Product Inspection
We are committed to improving the accuracy of product inspection by checking the dimensions and appearance of products using an image-based pass/fail evaluation system as needed to prevent defective products from entering the marketplace.
