CAPABILITIES

Our Processing Technologies
Byora international utilize over 1000 pieces of equipment in-house, including heading and rolling machines, deep drawing machines, and up to 8-stage parts forming machines. As a result, we were able to produce complex shapes that are difficult to achieve normally through cold forming. In addition, our machines are equipped to handle a variety of raw materials, providing a high degree of flexibility in metal composition.

Cold Forming Technology
Cold forming is a manufacturing process that plastically deforms metal using dies. It allows for high speed production, little to no material waste compared to conventional machining, and creates a stronger end product due to work hardening of the material.

Rolling technology
In the rolling process, a blank is placed between two dies and rolled until the pattern on the dies is imprinted onto the blank. Typically used as a secondary process, rolling is used to create many different geometries including screw threads, grooves, diamond knurling and more. Rolling differs from cold forming with other types of machines, but because dies are used to plastically deform the workpiece, it is still considered a kind of cold forming.

Deep Drawing Technology
Deep drawing is a forming process in which a thin sheet metal blank is formed by repeatedly applying mechanical pressure with dies and punches. Deep drawing technology enables high-speed production of thin-walled products with deep holes, as well as box-shaped products, which are difficult to manufacture form round wire materials.

Secondary Processing
Secondary processing allows for more complex shapes when combined with cold forming as the primary process.
